"Good tea, lots of options and customization. The Thai Tea Latte was a touch too sweet for my liking. I’ll be sure to order less sugar next time. There was plenty of parking. The location is good as well. (My husband and I stumble upon this Gong Cha location because we were grocery shopping at the Japanese Market down the street.) The inside was well decorated."

"At Gong Cha, the service was really good. The employees who make it are really nice and kind and are flexible. There's also a lot of tea bases and toppings (like black pearls, nata jelly, etc). It's really tasty and not too expensive ($7-$10). The bubble tea is very tasty and would recommend!"

"Gong Cha was founded in 2006 in Taiwan. It's a bubble tea chain with approximately 2,100 stores worldwide. In the US, there are about 169 stores. They brew loose leaf tea throughout the day and make fresh boba pearls. There are a variety of flavors to choose from; fruit teas, milk teas, smoothies, etc. I love boba tea so this place is up my alley. I like that we can customize the sweetness level too. This location was a good size with plenty of seating. The customer service was good. I ordered a tiger boba milk tea and it was perfection. I look forward to going back to getting more soon!"

"I've been meaning to get here for a while. The staff was extremely helpful to both me and my kids, given it was our first visit. With the various tea bases, syrup flavors and toppings, there are a lot of flavor combinations. We each got a different type of drink and enjoyed them. Pricing is on par with similar establishments. The atmosphere and seating are comfortable."
